Hi Bro,

Using this tool I only can find 3 DLL files to be extracted.
aygshell.DLL
Phone.DLL
GMApi.DLL
I cannot find img_240.gir, only img_480.gir
Attach 3 DLL files see whether it help.

Yes! It started!
To bad my Phone only is 240x320
I had to renamed img_480.gir to img_240.gir.
The screen does look bad becouse all icons is to big for my screen.
I'll try on my friends phone tomorrow it's a SE X1 with larger screen.

Great to heard you've good start
I tried on my diamond but it don't seem to start. only flashed Garmin screen and nothing happen.

i started it too. How i did it. I have on my HTC Diamond and HTC Touch Pro2 the working sets of Garmine Mobile XT 5.00.20. I copied files que.exe, img.gir, img_480.gir and img_ce.gir from this forum in folder SDMMC\Garmin\Apps\WM. After this i removed folder My Device\Garmin and start Que.exe. PRogram started but as i see it is locked and must be unlocked somehow. I don't know how, maybe anybody will try too?
One more thing, i think that we need to try getting files "LocationMessage.exe, PS_Catcher.exe, GarminQue.exe" from Nuvi M20.

it can work but without any sounds and any settings:-(
You have to make folder with name System on SD-card, put in this folder all your maps with names Gmapbmap.img, Gmapprom.img, Gmapprom1.img and Gmapprom2.img.
After that in the same folder make empty file with name Gmapprom.unl and write in it all unlock codes in one uninterrupted raw starting from content of sw.unl, then, without any blanks content of your old Gmapprom.unl, then, Gmapprom1.unl and Gmapprom2.unl. The result unl-file for this case must have inside 100 symbols total.
And one more, before starting the progam, you must to remove (or rename) old folder with name Garmin from your device (not from SD-card), if not the program will not start...

I believe there are Friends like me still like the traditional desktop WM
But there is no device lock in the TODAY option to lock the theme.
Here are the tips to change the registry to set your M20 back to traditional VM theme
Add Device Lock in Today option

Go to :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Today > Items

1. Add new Registry:
Add Value "Key" = "Device Lock"

2. Add following value into newly created Registry:

a.) Add Order=26 (DWORD)
b.) Add Flags =0 (DWORD)
c.) Add Option=0 (DWORD)
d.) Add Selectability=1 (DWORD)
e.) Add Enable =1 (DWORD)
f.) Add Type = 4 (DWORD)
g.) Add DLL=shutil.dll (String)

3. Soft Reset
